Grand Slam Bomb Dropped - 14 Mar 1945

The RAF drop the 22,000 lb Grand Slam bomb for the first time. An Avro Lancaster of Squadron Leader CC Calder dropped the bomb from 11,965 ft (3,647 m) on the Bielefeld viaduct.
