Yamato Sunk - 7 Apr 1945

Having been hit by multiple bombs and torpedoes, the Japanese Battleship Yamato rolls and then explodes. An estimated 3,055 of her 3,332 crew were lost, including Vice-Admiral Seiichi Ito.
